The 1-, 3- and 12-month U.S. dollar (Eurodollar) LIBOR rates rose today, while the 6-month rate was unchanged at 1.29822%.

• As expected, the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) of the Federal Reserve raised its target range for the benchmark Fed Funds Target Rate by 25 basis points (0.25 percentage point) today.
