The twelve month U.S. dollar (Eurodollar) LIBOR rate eased today, while the 1- and 3-month rates rose.  The 6-month rate held steady at 1.923%.  No USD LIBOR update for the Overnight rate due to the Veterans Day holiday in the USA.
