WestLB AG Removed from BBA's US Dollar LIBOR Panel

Effective August 1, 2011, the German bank WestLB AG no longer participates in the BBA's US Dollar (Eurodollar) LIBOR panel. Therefore, the number of banks used to calculate LIBOR for Eurodollars has dropped from 20 to 19.
